What documents do I need?
An Aadhaar card is required. We’ll also need your bank account details and PAN card so we can credit your salary.
Do I need prior experience?
No. We give you full, hands-on training before your first shift — most of our professionals start with no experience at all.
How much can I earn?
Up to ₹55,000 a month. Your actual earnings depend on the hours you work and the bookings you complete.
When and how do I get paid?
Add your bank details in the partner app and your salary is transferred directly, on the 5th of every month.
What are the working hours?
Fully flexible. Choose 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12-hour shifts — full-time or part-time, whatever fits your life.
Is the training really free?
Yes. It’s a free 3-day program covering the work, safety rules and conduct — and your first uniform is free too.
What if I feel unsafe on a job?
Stop the service immediately and contact your hub manager or support team. Your safety always comes before any booking, and there’s an in-app SOS button for emergencies.
Is my personal data safe?
Your Aadhaar, PAN and bank details are used only for onboarding and salary. Your contact details are never shared outside NammaHelp.
