Our Story

We watched the same thing happen in household after household in Chennai. A different person every few weeks. Nothing learned, nothing consistent, and nobody responsible when it fell apart.

So we asked a simple question: what if the person who comes to your home actually worked for someone?

Women employed, trained, verified and supervised by us. Families get consistency and real guarantees. The women get a salary, benefits and a career.

So we’re building the opposite of a marketplace: professionals we employ, train, verify, and stand behind.
