The terms of using this site

A plain, fair set of terms for the NammaHelp website and its sign-up forms while we are pre-launch.

Last updated: 14 August 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website nammahelp.com (also reachable at nammahelp.in) operated by NammaHelp Technologies Pvt Ltd (“NammaHelp”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or submitting any form on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About this website

NammaHelp is a pre-launch service. At present this website is informational and lets you (a) join our early-access list as a customer, and (b) apply to work with us as a professional.

Joining the early-access list or submitting an application is not a booking, an offer, or a contract for services. It does not guarantee that any service, employment, or engagement will be provided to you. Our services, and the terms that apply to them, will be made available when we launch.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use this website and submit our forms.

3. The information you give us

You agree that:

  • The information you provide is true, accurate and your own.
  • By submitting a form and ticking the consent box, you consent to being contacted by us — including on WhatsApp, by phone, and by email — about our launch and, for applicants, about your application.
  • We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading or another person’s information without their consent.
  • Use bots, scrapers or automated means to access, copy or submit to the website, or attempt to overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes our or others’ rights.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the NammaHelp name, logo, text, graphics, illustrations and design — is owned by or licensed to NammaHelp and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our prior written permission.

6. Third-party links

The website may contain links to third-party sites or services (for example, a mail or messaging app). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties, and accessing them is at your own risk.

7. No warranty

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it — including the early-access programme — at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NammaHelp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website.
